In the Utica area- call our office at
315-793-2536. In the Gloversville area call 518-733-2884. You will be told when the next
orientation will take place in your area. Orientation is in a group setting where you have
the opportunity to hear about the benefits of the VESID program. You will be able to meet
individually with a member of our professional staff who will discuss your medical
situation and work interests. If you are not able to attend an orientation other
arrangements to meet with you will be made.
We will need medical information signed by
a medical professional, that includes your diagnosis, prognosis and work limitations. If
you are able to bring this with you we will be able to serve you more quickly. We are
happy to help you get this if it is not available.
