VESID Contract Unit Assignments

In order to better manage the growing volume of UCS and Supported Employment contracts, we have aligned primary responsibility for each contract with one of our VESID Contract Unit Accountants who will act as the Contract Specialist for the designated contract. Attached are contract assignment listings for UCS and Supported Employment. Basically, it is divided odd/even, with a couple exceptions as follows:

Unified Contract Services

· Margaret Beardsley will handle odd numbered contracts, plus NY Society for the Deaf Division of FEGS (to keep together with FEGS)

· Tim Hodder will handle even numbered contracts, plus Rockland County Association for the Learning Disabled (to keep with YAI)

Please note that if there is an urgent issue that needs immediate attention, and the designated Specialist is unavailable, both Tim and Margaret can back up each other on a temporary basis. In that instance, please copy both on related e-mail correspondence.

Supported Employment

· Bill Raymer will handle odd numbered contracts, plus FEGS (to keep together with NY Society for the Deaf Division of FEGS)

· Todd Harrigan will handle even numbered contracts

Please note that if there is an urgent issue that needs immediate attention, and the designated Specialist is unavailable, both Todd and Bill can back up each other on a temporary basis. In that instance, please copy both on related e-mail correspondence.
