What you should know about this site
The Council CAN NOT and DOES NOT guarantee confidentiality of submitted information.
Many people have access to the material that is submitted through this site. The
information is reviewed, analyzed for statistical purposes, and sent on to the Office of
Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities for resolution and
response.
Information that the Council seeks via this site is broad-ranging advice regarding
policy direction as it effects individuals with disabilities rather than specific
individual experiences. You may tell us your individual experiences and we may find, (if
your experience is similar to that of others), areas that need improvement by VESID but
the information can not be kept confidential.
It may be to your benefit to contact your counselor directly regarding any complaints
you may have regarding service. If you cannot reach an agreement with your counselor you
may contact VESIDs consumer complaint line by calling 1-800-222-5627.
