Subject: State Procedures for the Disbursement of Federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part B Flow-Through Allocations for 2007-2008
   
This memorandum includes important information regarding federal IDEA, Part B flow-through funds for section 611 (for students with disabilities, ages 3-21) and section 619 (for students with disabilities, ages 3-5) for the 2007-2008 program year consistent with Education Law §4410-b.
