PLUMBING AND HEATING

DESCRIPTION

Plumbers and pipefitters work in both home and commercial sites. They construct and repair drainage, water feeds, and gas lines as well as maintain these systems through scheduled maintenance.

WORK CONDITIONS

Plumbers work in a physical environment requiring lifting and carrying of heavy pipes and installing equipment in small confined areas. Some work needs to be performed outdoors, therefore, the worker is subjected to the environment.
