State Performance Plan - Indicator #7 Related to Early
Childhood Outcomes - February 2006 - This memorandum provides information
on new requirements for documenting results of initial evaluations for three-
and four-year old preschool children with disabilities and the roles and
responsibilities of approved preschool evaluators, Committees on Preschool
Special Education (CPSE), school districts, and the State Education Department
(SED) in order to meet the State Performance Plan (SPP) requirements of the
Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
