Updated List of Impartial Hearing Officers (IHOs)
With the introduction of the Impartial Hearing Reporting System (IHRS) in July 2002, districts have access to their county specific list of certified IHOs through the IHRS. Districts maintain their own individual district list of available IHOs. This list is based on the county list but reflects any changes due to IHOs indicating that they will not serve in that specific district. Therefore, SED is no longer publishing a paper copy of the list since it varies for each district.
Parents, advocates, attorneys or other interested persons who would like a copy of a school district list should request the list from the district. The district list is public information and is available upon request. School districts should follow the procedure listed below to print the list for this purpose from the IHRS and for Board of Education organizational meetings.
School districts should log into the IHRS using your assigned username and password and follow these instructions below. Print this page for your reference.
