SEDCAR Strategic Evaluation Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting (SEDCAR) unit of VESID is responsible for all aspects of data collection, analysis, and reporting to meet federal and State reporting requirements for special education and vocational rehabilitation, evaluate the Department’s strategic goals, and inform policy.
