Suzanne Wheeler

Suzanne Wheeler, who has served as the Education Department Head, retired after at the end of December, 2007. Sue has been part of the NYSSB family for more than 16 years serving in this position. Sue is an avid reader and traveler, and has plans to remain very busy. She will be missed by all!

At this time , Deborah Cromwell-Stamp will serve as the Department Head, supervising the educational classrooms and Residential Living program, and as the MDT chair for IEP meetings.

"Cinderella"

During May of 2006, NYSSB students presented a musical version of Cinderella, for their parents, peers, school staff and visitors. Our lead characters were played by Andy Hershelman as Prince Charming and Nomi Brayman as Cinderella.
