APH Registration

Important message regarding NEW students who are classified as legally blind: For procurement of special media materials a registration form must be completed for the annual American Printing House for the Blind (APH) census which is administered by the New York State School for the Blind Resource Center located in Batavia, New York. The census is used to determine New York State's eligibility for Federal Quota Funds for special media material procedures by APH.
