Part C - Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities
Part C makes grants available to states to develop and maintain early intervention programs for infants and toddlers with disabilities.
IDEA 2004 adds an option for states to adopt policies that would permit parents of children receiving Part C early intervention services to extend those services until they are kindergarten eligible.
