This slide summarizes statutory amendments, most of which have already been discussed, that are intended to reduce paperwork requirements.

The one item not yet discussed is Model Forms.

The Secretary is required to publish and widely disseminate to states, LEAs and parent and community training and information centers:

• A model IEP form;

• A model form of procedural safeguards; and

• A model form for prior written notice.
