Implement comparable IEP, in consultation with parents, until LEA adopts IEP or develops and implements a new IEP
Out-of-State:
Implement comparable IEP, in consultation with parents, until new state LEA conducts evaluation - if necessary- to determine eligibility and develops new IEP

In consultation with the student's parents for interstate transfers, the LEA must implement a comparable IEP until the LEA adopts the IEP or develops and implements a new IEP.
