The required members of the State Advisory Panel (Commissioner's Advisory Panel for Special Education Services in New York State) has been revised to add:
parents must be of children with disabilities from ages birth to 26;
State and local education officials must include officials who implement the Homeless Act; and
a representative from the State child welfare agency responsible for foster care.
