A revised notice of additional allocation was sent to each Local Education Agency (LEA) designated to receive program year 2006-2007, IDEA, Section 611 (a.k.a. P.L. 94-142) and Section 619 (a.k.a. P.L. 99-457) federal funds attributable to students with disabilities placed by the courts or other State agencies, and provided educational services pursuant to Article 81 of the Education Law. Copies of the revised notices of additional allocations were also sent to the approved special education programs that serve students placed pursuant to Article 81. Each LEA should have received a SEDCAR-2 form from each Article 81 school that designated the LEA to receive additional allocations. The designated LEAs must suballocate the additional allocation, identified below, to each Article 81school. |
