This web site contains the 2003-2004 New York State Annual Performance Report prepared by the New York State Office of Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities. The information in this report reflects New York State's progress toward meeting its Part B goals and includes proposed future activities for the next reporting period. The preparation of this report includes the analysis of trend data from VESID's on-going self-assessment and improvement planning, and general supervision activities.

This report is prepared for public information and addresses all requirements outlined in the OSEP 05-04 memorandum to State Directors of Special Education and State Data Managers from Stephanie Smith Lee, Director, Office of Special Education Programs.
