Performance of Students with Disabilities and General Education Students in the Large Five Cities on the Middle-Level English Language Arts Examination - 2004

Very small percentages of students with disabilities achieve proficiency on the Middle-Level English Language Arts Examination. There are significant gaps between performance of students in the large five cities and other school districts.
