 The methodology to compute the total enrollment of all students was revised for 2002-03 and subsequent years to reflect the current availability of enrollment data from BEDS enrollment reports.

Final: January 21, 2005

The Statewide classification rate has increased by 0.4 percentage points in the last two years from 11.8 percent to 12.2 percent. This increase is substantial considering the increase over a five year period from 1996-97 to 2001-02 was 0.2 percentage points.
