The tables below provide counts of school districts, by race/ethnicity category and size of relative risk values on the four issues of disproportionality listed below. These school districts will be notified of disproportionality issues as part of the Chapter 405 notification process during the 2004-05 school year.

  1. Disproportion in the identification of students for special education.
  2. Disproportion in the identification of students by particular disability.
  3. Disproportion in the placement of school-age students in particular settings.
  4. Disproportion in the placement of preschool students in separate settings.
