  • Greater percentages of the Cohort are not tested within four years in the High Need School Districts compared with the Average or Low Need Districts.
  • Greater percentages of the Cohort fail to pass the state assessment within four years in the High Need School Districts compared to the Average or Low Need Districts.
  • Greater percentages of the Cohort achieve proficiency on the Regents Examinations within four years in the Average or Low Need School Districts compared to High Need School Districts.
  • The numbers of students with disabilities included in each year's Cohort have increased in each need resource category of school districts.
