The above table indicates that while the
Statewide average rate of providing preschool students with
disabilities special education and/or related services in integrated
settings was 60 percent in School-year 2003-2004, a much larger
percentage of preschool students were provided services in
integrated settings in vast majority of the counties in New York
State. Only 9 counties (including New York City as a single county)
provided services in integrated settings to less than the Statewide
average percentage of preschool students. |
