Appendix 40: A greater percentage of students with disabilities earned high school diplomas in almost all Need/Resource Capacity categories of school districts.

  • In 2002-03, a greater percentage of students with disabilities in every Need Resource Capacity category of school districts earned high school diplomas compared to the previous year, except in NYC where there was a decline from 51.5 to 49.1 percent.

  • There is a wide gap in the percent of students with disabilities who earn high school diplomas between the Need Resource Capacity categories of school districts.
