Appendix 39: More students with disabilities are earning Regents high school diplomas.

The percentage of students with disabilities earning Regents high school diplomas continues to increase. It is not depicted in the chart, however in 1995-96, only 4.4 percent of students with disabilities earned Regents diplomas compared to 11.1 percent in 2001-02 and 13.5 percent during 2002-03.
