Performance of Students with Disabilities on Elementary English Language Arts

The performance of students with disabilities on the Grade 4 English Language Arts assessment improved at all levels up until 2002, however declined in 2003. In 2003, 22.6 percent of students with disabilities performed at proficient levels (Levels 3 and 4) compared to 29.7 percent in 2002.
