- The data above illustrate the
range of performance among different categories of school
districts in terms of the type of credential students with
disabilities achieve by the time they leave high school. For
example, in the Low N/RC school districts, 29.0 percent of
students who completed school earned a Regents diploma, compared
with 1.9 and 2.5 percent in NYC and the large four cities,
respectively.
