Appendix 20b: Percentage of Preschool and School-Age Students Declassified

The percentage of preschool children declassified either while still eligible for preschool special education services or when they transition to Kindergarten programs continues to increase from 19.6 percent in 2001-02 to 20.0 percent in 2002-03.
