Based on comparing the composition of the total school enrollment by race/ethnicity with the composition of students with disabilities enrollment by race/ethnicity, data indicates under-representation of White and Asian/Pacific Islander students in special education and over-representation of Black, Hispanic and American Indian/Alaskan Native students in special education.
