Timeliness of Special Education Complaint Management and Resolution (July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002) and July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003)

During the 2002-03 school year, regional special education staff resolved 89 percent of all complaints within the regulatory timelines, a decline from 91 percent the previous year.
