Earnings Ratio of Individuals in Competitive Employment to State's Average Hourly Earnings in New York State

In 2002, New York State achieved the national standard in the earnings ratio of individuals in competitive employment when compared to the State's average hourly earnings, excluding wages in Manhattan, where the average hourly earnings are much higher for all individuals.
