Service Ratio of Minority to Non-Minority Individuals with Disabilities Receiving Vocational Rehabilitation Services*

In FFY 2001, minority individuals with disabilities received vocational rehabilitation services at a rate of 91 for every 100 non-minority individuals. This rate was above the national standard, but slightly below the latest available national average in 1999.
