On the Grade 4 ELA examination, 25.6 percent of students with disabilities scored at or above Level 3 compared to 65.2 percent of general education students.  Also, 38.9 percent of students with disabilities scored at or above Level 3 on the Grade 4 Mathematics examination, compared to 73.7 percent of general education students.
