On the Grade 8 ELA examination, 9 percent of students with disabilities scored at or above Level 3 compared to 50 percent of general education students. Also, 9 percent of students with disabilities scored at or above Level 3 on the Grade 8 Mathematics examination, compared to 45 percent of general education students.
