On the Grade 4 ELA examination, 24 percent of
students with disabilities scored at or above level 3 compared to 64 percent of general
education students. Also, 34 percent of students with disabilities scored at or
above Level 3 on the Grade 4 Mathematics examination, compared to 70 percent of general
education students.
