1. Improving results for previous goals in a cost effective manner
Objective: Improved results will be achieved for goals 1 to 4 (Standards, Integration, Postsecondary Education and Employment), at the same or less cost.
2. Increase fiscal benefit to New York State
Objective: Increase savings in public assistance and increase annualized first year earnings of individuals obtaining employment.
