Will the State Education Department provide
training in the use of the LTSE reporting system?
Instructions on how to use the LTSE reporting
system are available in the Handbook (sometimes referred to as the Reference
Menu). A link is provided on the bottom of the login page of the secure
site.
Who does the LTSE provider contact if a
problem occurs while using the LTSE reporting?
Providers may e-mail LTSESUPP@mail.nysed.gov
if they experience difficulties using the LTSE reporting system.
Why can’t a consumer be added to the system?
The error message that "the consumer is ineligible" appears.
This error usually occurs when the consumer is
already active at another facility. Please use the above e-mail address to
communicate the information that this office will need to resolve the problem.
