Long Island Railroad to Deer Park Station. Take S27 bus going north to NYS Office Building. 

Long Island Railroad to Amityville or Wyandanch Station. Take S33 bus to NYS Office Building. 

Long Island Railroad to Brentwood or Smithtown Station. Take S-45 bus to NYS Office Building

Driving:
(From the east) Take Long Island Expressway and get off at Exit 57, Veterans Highway, going west. Stay on Veterans Highway for about two miles and you will see a sign that says State Office Building on your left.

(From the west) Take Northern State Parkway to the end and it will become Veterans Highway. Continue on Veterans Highway for about a mile and you will see a sign on the right that says State Office Building.

8A to Plaza East Main Street (cross street-Ostrander Avenue)

S62 to Main Street, Riverhead, and walk a few blocks east to 524 East Main Street

S90 to Main Street, Riverhead, and walk a few blocks east to 524 East Main Street

S92 to 524 East Main Street (cross street-Ostrander Avenue)

Train:
Long Island Railroad to Riverhead stations. Take S92 bus. Walk to Main Street and go east to 524 East Main Street (cross street-Ostrander Avenue).

Driving:
Take Long Island Expressway to Exit 72, going east. Go through town until you see 524 East Main Street (cross street-Ostrander Avenue).
Take any road that leads into downtown Riverhead. Go to Route 25. If you are coming from the west, go east on 25. If you are coming from the east end, go west on 25 until you reach 524 East Main Street (cross street-Ostrander Avenue).
